Bulk actions
Select several issues in the Issues list and change their status, assignee, labels, priority, type, sprint, release or due date at once — or delete them.
Issues → select rows
When the same change applies to many issues — moving a batch to Done, handing them to one person, putting them in a sprint — select them in the Issues list and change them together.
Select issues
- Open Issues in the sidebar, or a project's Issues page, and filter down to the issues you want.
- Tick the checkbox on each row, or the checkbox in the header to select every issue on the current page.
A bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many issues are selected. Choose × on it to clear the selection.
What you can change
- Status — move them all to a status.
- Assign — give them to one member, or Unassigned.
- Label — add a label to all of them, or remove one. Other labels are left alone.
- Priority and Type.
- Sprint — an open sprint, or No sprint.
- Release — a release, or No release.
- Due — pick a date and choose Apply, or Clear the due date.
When some issues can't change
A bulk status change is checked issue by issue against each one's own workflow and transition rules. Issues that cannot make the move — their workflow has no such status, or the transition is not allowed — are left exactly as they were, and a message says how many were updated, how many were left, and why.
Delete several issues
Choose Delete in the bulk bar and confirm. This cannot be undone. It is only available if your role can delete issues.
