Report schedules
Email the productivity report as a CSV attachment every week or every month.
Settings → Report schedules
A report schedule emails the productivity report to an address of your choice, as a CSV attachment, every week or every month. Use it to keep a lead or a mailing list up to date without anyone pulling the numbers by hand.
Who can use it
Settings → Report schedules is visible to people who can read reports — Owners, Admins and Auditors by default. Only Owners and Admins can add, pause or remove a schedule; everyone else sees the list read-only.
Add a schedule
- Open Settings and choose Report schedules under Email & notifications.
- Keep Productivity report as the report.
- Choose Weekly or Monthly.
- Enter the recipient's email address. It does not have to belong to a workspace member.
- Press Add schedule. New schedules start enabled.
Each schedule has one recipient. To send the report to several people, add a schedule for each, or use a mailing list address.
What is in the report
One row per person, for issues that reached a final status during the period and have an assignee. The CSV columns are Agent, Email, Resolved (how many issues) and Avg Resolution (hours) — the average time from an issue being created to reaching that final status. People are sorted by how many issues they resolved.
The report covers every active project in the workspace, private ones included, and leaves out archived projects.
When it is sent
- Weekly schedules run at midnight between Saturday and Sunday (server time) and cover the previous 7 days.
- Monthly schedules run at midnight (server time) on the 1st of each month and cover the previous 30 days.
The email says which dates it covers, carries the file productivity-report.csv, and has an Open reports button that opens Insights. It is sent the same way as the workspace's other notification email.
Pause, remove and check delivery
- Untick Enabled on a schedule to pause it; tick it again to resume.
- Press the bin icon to remove a schedule.
- Under each schedule you see Last sent with a date and time, or Last attempt failed with the reason, such as an email problem.
